Ready to go from active to athlete?
Welcome to the world of endurance sports! It’s nice to have you here. Please tell me a little about yourself.
And now, down to business.
If you’ve ever envied the kids blowing by you as you slog up a hiking trail or cheered from the sidelines while your son had his first 5k win, and found yourself thinking, I could never do that, you are ready to find out
What You Can Do.
You’re here, you have some goals, but what you need is the knowledge to help you get started, stay motivated, and generate consistent progress. You want a program designed for you by someone who gets where you’re coming from. You can start off your Endurance program the right way, ensuring that it is both fun and fruitful. All you need is:
- An understanding of which workouts will allow you to achieve your goals
- Accountability and feedback
- Flexibility. Your training is part of your lifestyle
At my Coaching Options page, you can read all about the benefits of online coaching, and choose the program that is right for your lifestyle and your goals. Endurance training does not have to be difficult or painful. You just need the right plan for your own journey.
But before you do any of that, I want to share one tip with you, that I hope you will carry throughout your endurance journey: If you want to make a lifestyle change, enjoy endurance sports, and get fit for life, you have got to LIKE what you are doing. And for that, you need to know you’re getting somewhere. You need to know your time and effort is well spent. (And if you’re not training smart, let me tell you from personal experience, your effort is not well spent.) Progress is motivating. Get the support you need to see the progress you deserve.
