Week 7 introduces the "Self Directed Trauma Resolution Model," and it is a doozy!
3 days in BC and we maxed it out!!
Week 6 begins the content I've been most excited for.
Week 5: Future Self
Not into consumerism, but VERY into this Valentine! 💞
Week 4 introduced polyvagal theory, a subject which many self healers might be familiar with.
