
Remote Coaching for Individuals
Personal coaching with custom training plan design, race preparation & strategy, and training data management.
This option is ideal for adult athletes managing a competitive program and/or building their fitness. My specialties are in cross country skiing and running.
I have coached athletes to podiums at Masters World Championships, to the Olympic Trials, to wins at their local race series, and to personal fitness breakthroughs. I am excited to meet you and learn about your goals!

Work with Teams
Remote and in-person coaching for Junior, Senior, and Masters aged race teams.
I offer training plan and workout design and consultation, race planning and competitive strategy, training log monitoring, private workshops & technique clinics, and special event programming.
I have worked as a Master’s team head coach, assistant coach to a Junior team, and coach consultant for a variety of programs.

Coaching for Other Sports
My specialties as an athlete and a coach are running and xc skiing. I provide coaching for all other endurance sports aimed at basic fitness or recreational competition goals only.
Strength training programs included within my training plans are designed to best support
xc skiing or running goals.
If you have a higher-than-rec-level competitive goal in cycling, triathlon, or any other endurance sport, or are looking primarily for a strength and conditioning coach or personal trainer, I may be able to recommend someone, so don’t hesitate to reach out!

Private or group ski and rollerski lessons, for everyone from first-timers to seasoned racers.
Consultation
One-time or periodic consultation, best suited for athletes with simple questions about training or who want occasional feedback on their training or performance.
