Join us for sport-specific mobility, stability, and balance exercises, targeting effective movement patterns for running and Nordic skiing. Registration is monthly for this biweekly, 75 minute Zoom-based class.

Strength for Skiers

Enjoy a strength workout from your own living room, using simple gear and ski-specific movement patterns. Registration is for one month (4 classes.) A discount is available if you wish to receive the recordings only (no live attendance.) This class comes with a free and optional onboarding session prior to an athlete’s first class.

FOAM ROLLING

Got a foam roller? Learn how to use it! In these 30-minute sessions we’ll roll several major muscle groups, talk about how to get those tight spots, and learn proper technique to ensure optimal benefit. Enjoy this time dedicated to recovery. When you select this class, Carly will contact you to schedule a session.

Participants vote on class schedule seasonally. Additional class times determined by demand.

Mobility sessions $40-50/month (2 sessions, 75 minutes each) Strength class $50-75 per month (4 sessions, 60 minutes each), $40-50 for recordings-only (no live attendance.) Foam Rolling $10/drop in, minimum 3 people (or $30 for private session) If you’re a club administrator and want to pre-pay for your club members to have class access, contact me.
