Ski and Rollerski Lessons
I offer one-on-one and group ski and rollerski lessons, for everyone from first-timers to seasoned racers. One-time sessions are available, and recurring lessons are discounted. There are no set hours in which I offer lessons; contact me to book a time that works for you.
Pricing: Sliding scale $60-80/hour for private lessons, +$10 for each additional person. Max group size: 8
One-time or periodic consultation is available independent of or in conjunction with a personal coaching program. Consultation is best suited for athletes with one-time questions about training or who want occasional feedback but do not want the structure of a personal training plan, or for athletes with a Basic Level training plan who wish to address a specific question or goal in -more detail.
Pricing: $60/hour for remote, $80/hour in person

This option is available for Basic and Gold Coaching athletes. We can meet for a workout in your plan, or design a workout specifically to do together. During this session we can focus on technique/form, practice pacing, complete an interval session, work on movement patterns, discuss race strategy, and more. This offering is conditional upon being in the same place (check out where I am now) and upon availability, which is not guaranteed.
Pricing: 1 session per month is free for Gold plan athletes, each additional session per month is $50. $80/session (up to 2 hours) for Basic plan athletes
